- Extra guided tours, excursions, or city visits beyond the planned itinerary will be at an additional cost.
- GST, TCS, and other government-imposed taxes are not included.
- No refunds for unused services.
- Any increase in European taxes will be reflected in the final tour cost.
- Additional expenses due to changes in flight/train schedules must be covered by the traveler.
- Travanya is not responsible for losses, delays, or disruptions beyond our control.
- The full tour price must be paid in Euros under BTQ entitlement.

- In case of any unprecedented hike in airfare, hotel charges, or other service charges, the same will be levied extra.
- No bookings are made at the time of quotation
- The booking amount of INR 15,000/- is non-refundable. If the package cost is less than INR 15,000, 50% of the package cost will be non-refundable.
