Unaccompanied Minor Service

Unaccompanied children must be between the ages of 5 and 12 for domestic flights, while young children must be between the ages of 13 and 16 to avail of unaccompanied minor service. Unaccompanied Minors (UM) and Young Passengers Traveling Alone (YPTA) present for flights will be under the guidance of Malindo Air-ground employees. They will take them under their care from the check-in procedure to the boarding gate, where they will be given over to the cabin crew members.
