Druk Air history dates back to 1981 when the airline was founded and started its operations in 1983. Druk Air is the flag carrier of the Kingdom of Bhutan. The Druk Airlines network currently serves over 18 destinations with scheduled domestic and international passenger flights. The majority of Druk Air flight schedules are available for Indian cities, including Delhi, Gaya, Guwahati, Kolkata, Siliguri, and Mumbai. Few international destinations which the airline covers in its network include Bangkok, Dhaka, Kathmandu and Singapore. All the flights are operated from its main hub Paro International Airport in Bhutan.

Unaccompanied Minor Service

The children who are above the age of 5 and under 12 years of age, travelling alone, are entitled to unaccompanied minor service under Druk Air. However, if anyone wants to avail of the same service, they will have to pay a full adult fare when booking a Druk Air ticket for the minor. 

Children below the age of 5 are not allowed to travel alone on the airline. To avail of the service, fill the official, unaccompanied minor service from the official website of Druk Air. Also, inform the airlines in advance about the minor flight details.
