Also remember, that the second dose of the Covid-19 vaccine must be taken at least 14 days before the departure.
Furthermore, the authorities have also introduced some limited categories that are free from Dubai travel restrictions. Some of these include UAE nationals, staff of diplomatic missions, first-degree relatives of UAE nationals, etc. These categorised travellers must provide their negative Covid-19 test report taken no later than 2 days before departure in addition to the negative rapid PCR test that was conducted at the airport.
